I’m always looking for good guitar videos to share. Content is:
- Preferably under 5 minutes (though exceptions will be made for riveting performances).
- Virtuosic – This can mean flying fingers or artful simplicity.
- Focused on performance – More music than talk
- Historical performances are welcome
It doesn’t matter whether the performer is a famous guitarist or you playing passionately in front of a webcam as long as the performance is worth sharing. Consider that it would be easy to fill this site up with Chet Atkins, Tommy Emmanuel, and Eddie VanHalen videos. Iconic performances by famous players are always engaging, but who should we be listening to who who we’ve never heard before?
Any musical style is acceptable as long as the music meets the criteria above.
